Title/Position: Community Transport Driver

Main Activities:

• Willing to attend to attend relevant training courses as appropriate
• Carry out drivers daily checks & report faults
• Ensure vehicles are in a clean condition before & after use
• Refuel Vehicles as directed
• Take responsibility for the comfort & safety of your passengers
• Use of passenger lifts
• Assisting people with disabilities
• Ensure correct use of wheelchair restraints
• Assist passengers entering & leaving vehicle
• Maintain simple vehicle records
• Notify us of any health or license changes affecting your ability to drive
• Notify us of any vehicle accidents or incidents as soon as possible
• Work within health & safety legislation

Length of Commitment: Up to One Year
