Shopping Centre that serves a high density residential area.
The main facility is a small children's play area, and it also
provides a pleasant walkway through to the residential parts
of Kingshurst.

park covers the area adjacent to the A452 Collector Road and
the M6. Its main facilities include football pitches, a children's
play area and a cycle area.

Babbs
Mill Jubilee Park
In
1977 this park was established in commemoration of Queen Elizabeth
II's Silver Jubilee. The park contains football pitches, a
basket ball court and a children's play area as well as an
attractive lake where you can fish or go sailing. It is situated
on the western banks of the River Cole and you'll find lots
of trees, informal paths and wildlife habitats there. There
is a free car park. It's been described as "Beauty on
your doorstep" ~ when you're walking in Babbs Mill Park
it's easy to forget that you're only a few minutes away from
the hubbub of everyday stresses and strains.

Colebank
Park
The
Colebank Park is very sheltered due to its location between
the M6 and the Collector Road. This isolated open space lies
adjacent to the River Cole and provides the ideal conditions
for the conservation of natural flora, particulary along the
river banks.

Meriden
Park
Situated
in the heart of Chelmsley Wood, Meriden Park accommodates many
facilities including an ornamental lake, tennis courts, bowling
green, sports pitches and a children's play area. The park
is separated from Chelmsley Wood Shopping Centre by the Chelmsley
Road and the dense woodland. There is free car parking nearby.

Burton
Green Park in Smith's Wood was constructed in 2002. The main
entrances are in Kingfisher Drive, adjacent to Nuffield and
Worcester House, which has a car park and in Tamar Drive. The
facilities on site include a childrens play area, skateboard
park, multi ball court and a bmx track.
