The connexions development worker is based at Kingshurst and has a number of initiated a number of projects to provide young people with specific strategies to handle problems. These include:React - This is an 8 week anti-bullying programme going through the different means to combat bullying.School Exclusion Project - this project works with excluded groups of young people or individuals excluded from school. They support them through an negotiated contract back into school.Young Mums Group - This is a support service for young mums and provides the chance to look at issues and development work that is about them as people not just as mothers.
